Gonzaga University
Since it was founded in 1887, Gonzaga University has been committed
to developing excellent leaders. One of 28 Jesuit colleges and
universities in the United States, Gonzaga offers undergraduate,
graduate and professional degrees to a student body of more than
4,500, including distance learning options.
In response to society's growing need for value-based, visionary
leadership, Gonzaga University's Master's Program in Organizational
Leadership was established in 1986. Since then over 400 graduates
have recognized the benefits of integrating a holistic liberal arts
education with an in-depth, practical and theoretical study of
organizations and leadership. Our degree is no exception.
The Online Master's of Organizational Leadership program affirms the
University mission of providing a humanistic, Jesuit education. As
humanistic, we recognize the essential role of human creativity,
intelligence and initiative in the formation of leaders. Through
intellectual inquiry of the past and enlightened awareness of the
present, Gonzaga graduate students and faculty are committed to the
betterment of self and society.
The central objective of this distance learning Organizational
Leadership program is to provide an advanced degree which
synthesizes knowledge from diverse fields into a focused yet
flexible plan of study that is useful to leadership in all forms of
social organization. The online degree program is designed for the
student whose professional goal is a generalist leadership position
in corporate, government, not-for-profit, or community
organizations.
The Online Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership is intended
to meet the needs and schedules of working adults. The distance
learning program consists of 33 semester credits. Request More
