Chennai is increasingly becoming home to multi-millionaires which has shown the highest growth in demography for this group in the country. If you study their geographic distribution within the city, it can be determined that there is clear bias in the location where they decide to settle. We have made a list of  specific location that seem to be called the Millionaires Address!

Interestingly, you can also notice that these areas / localities are also the best places in Chennai to settle down.

1. Boats Club Road

Boats club seems to be the preferred location for millionaires in Chennai. The area is near the mouth of the Adyar river and is surrounded by lush greens. Being a millionaire would not even get you close to this boundary. The land value in this part of the city easily touches 10 crores / ground. Needless to say that the government official guideline value is the highest in the city. It is considered among the costliest areas in India or even Asia according to Forbes. Anna Nagar is considered to be one the first few planned neighborhoods in Chennai.  Located in the western part of the city, Anna Nagar is blessed of plenty of Green areas.
